Remote Codes For Sky Q and Sky Plus Boxes

Link Your Sky Remote to Your TV Using These Codes

You can use your TV remote control for your television and Sky Plus Box by keying in a 3 or 4 digit unique code depending on the manufacturer of your TV. All the leading manufacturers are listed below including Sony Bravia TVs, LG, Samsung, and Panasonic.

Programming Your Remote Control

Just follow these instructions to get your TV and Sky box working together.

For Standard Remote Controls

  • Step 1: With your TV and Sky box turned on, press the “TV” button on your Sky remote.
  • Step 2: Press the red button and select button together for 2 seconds and release. The red button on your Sky remote should blink twice.
  • Step 3: Enter the digits for your TV manufacturer and press “Select”. The red light should blink twice.
  • Step 4: Press the TV button again and try turning the volume up and down – if it works, then you’ve completed this process.

If a code doesn’t work or is not recognised, the red button will flash once. Just try again with another code or use the four-digit codes below.

For Sky Q Remotes

Sky Q systems set up via your main home screen, although you’ll still need a code.

Press the Home button on your remote and select the Settings menu. Next select Setup and then the Remote control option. Choose the Sky remote design you have and following the instructions on the screen.
